Though it was misty and visibility was poor, I noticed the dark sillhouette of a figure emerging out of the fog heading right towards me. He pulled out his umbrella to shield from the light rain and as he moved into the right position I captured a moment in time that epitomizes the energy of New York City on a rainy afternoon with the iconic arches of the Brooklyn Bridge in the background.
