I'm not sure what the graffiti artist was thinking when they created this artwork but to me this is not intended to represent one-eye symbolism and I have no affiliation with any such individual or organization who turns a blind eye to corruption and human trafficking. I stand against anyone who worships the dark side for they have no place in a healthy society.
To me this is a depiction of humanity trapped in a slave system looking for any sign of a last hope to escape to a better reality.
