A rainbow of color on the quiet streets of Manhattan at night with the iconic Chrysler Building standing tall in the distance

Colors are everywhere on the streets of Manhattan and this image really takes me back there every time I see it. After a long day of shooting I had packed my camera away and was returning to my hotel until I was stopped in my tracks by this scene and the beautiful colors.
With only 2 shots remaining on the card I took one vertical and one landscape, and by the time I finished shooting this shot, road workers had parked their truck in the foreground right in the middle of my shot. I didn't think much of it at the time and just snapped the horizontal version until I looked at this image again and feel back in love with New York. Some moments are just priceless.
